Always helpful, even at busy times! Receptionists and Dr's and nurses are very hardworking and attentive. Ds - Not sure who is responsible for the road but this always bad! I am sure patients would support pressure.

You could stock saves nitrate sticks. We had to be given a prescription to set it. Then return to the surgery for the Dr to administer - a wait for 2 appts, and prolonging the discomfort of a nose bleed.

I could get an emergency appointment when I phoned in the morning and was told to phone back after 2.00 pm, when I got through the receptionist was very helpful and I got an appointment with the duty Doctor.

Dr Lagan was very considerate. Listened to my concerns and gave me a lot of information which could be very helpful to me.
